15/5/06 WHITE BLOOD CELLS

On the 11th May I went for Dr See's appointment. Was totally weak and while sitting on the wheelchair, I had to lean my head against either my mummy's, deardeer's or meimei's tummy. Dr See deduced that my white blood cells were too high and got infection somewhere. She suggested that I be admitted over the weekend. I cried and cried and then suddenly smiled my million dollar light bulb smile. It was very important to convince them that I'm ok to stay at home and I love staying at home.

On Saturday morning n noon I was pretty strong and healthy. Then in the afternoon, Pastor Chen came over with Pearl and preached about some stuff in the bible and prayed for me. Vada and Sotong came over n visited me :) My mummy fried some very salty luncheon meat rice for them and they all loved it, especially Deardeer. I had a few mouthfuls, nice lah but you know......very sinful for me leh, HAI!

The two of them shared a cab, Tong went to Telok Kurau to meet Faith, Didar, Eloise and Swap while Vada went straight home to do work. Got like what 6 pieces of drawings to finish?! Sounds tedious.

Sunday was BAD. Pastor Chen called and asked me if I want him and some people from the church to come over to my house to baptize me, my family and DearDeer. Over the phone my super weak voice told him I will make it down to the church together with the rest when I am almost fully recovered. Meanwhile, I couldn't wake up and no digestion took place at all. Called Dr Sign the Burmese Doctor, he came over and inserted this fluid into my digestive system but it didn't work. Even after many doses of morphine, I was in severe pain. I Hated Sunday.

Today I woke up strong. HEE! My mummy gave me a little bit of juice only as we suspect an overdosage could be the culprit. She tried to trick me into eating Abalone Shark's fin which BL and meimei bought for her on Mother's Day. Papa helped me buy a bouquet of carnations for her. Anyway I am taking my morphine dosage faithfully so not much pain, but still no digestion yet so Nurse Poh says she's coming over later.

06/05/06 TRYING SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTS

This morning when the ambulance came to pick me up to go to NCC for my appointment with Dr See Hui Ti, I saw the old people walking up the steps by themselves. I was sort of carried up and down the steps on a modern sedan :P

Really strengthless :( But I'm recovering. At least now I can sit up from the sofa on my own :)
Although sometimes my family members and Deardeer insist on giving me a hand.

I wonder how are all my friends and am really appreciative of the comments left by people I do not know also ^_^I can't really blog for long because I take a 30ml cup of morphine every 4 hourly. That makes me so drowsy, blur and mistake-prone when typing so I keep re-checking my sentences which is quite tiring.

At NCC today, met this patient who was in my ward when I went for my operation recently. This middle-aged woman had lived 4 years beyond what was expected of her already~Her son Steven was telling me about these chinese herbs they buy in Malaysia which help to shrink tumors and another kind of capsules supplements (made in USA) but can be bought in Singapore lah :P

My parents were very interested in the herbs naturally but I think I'm going to buy the bottles of capsules tomorrow because Steven told me her mum did not feel any nausea or fatique after consumming the capsules before each chemotheraphy session! *excited*
